How can I see my Provider rating?
This is located in the Menu on the Provider App or Provider Portal under Ratings
How do I edit my profile information?
You can edit your profile via the Provider App under Preferences. Any updates to profile pictures are subject to review per our photo guidelines.
How do I enter/edit my banking information?
To enter your bank information go here:
Enter your log-in credentials
Navigate to Banking Information and then select Update
You will be able to enter your bank details there.
How do I reset my password?
Password resets can be found on the Login screen, or under Preferences on the Menu screen if you are logged in.
How can I view my Job history?
This is located in the Menu on the Provider App.
How do I take myself out of service?
If you ever need to put yourself on leave (vacation, illness) head over to the Menu and toggle the In Service switch. When you want to resume, toggle switch again.
